This is a hot and sweet mustard with a nice kick. It has about the heat of a jalapeño or cayenne pepper.
We added it in October of 2014, alongside the horseradish, so there would be a flavor for almost anyone.

In 2015 Hot & Spicy was named World Champion in the Condiments Division, Mustard category, at the World Hot Sauce, BBQ and Extreme Foods Awards.
It placed third at the 2016 Hot Pepper Awards and at the 2016 International Flavor Awards, third at the 2017 Scovie Awards, and took two separate third places at the 2022 Scovies, one of them in Barbecue Sauce, Mustard-Hot.
What to Put It On

Excellent on sliced meat sandwiches or anything you can cook on the smoker or the grill. It can also be used in recipes for homemade chili, BBQ sauces or anything else. Let your imagination go crazy.
- Homemade chili with a little kick: 2 or 3 tablespoons in a big pot.
- Turkey and havarti on sourdough, cut into finger sandwiches for a platter.
- A brat straight off the grill.
