How do you use mustard on chicken?
Thin one of our mustards with some wine, or orange or apple juice, coat the chicken and let it soak in overnight in the refrigerator. Our mustard also goes in chicken salad in place of mayo, and it makes a good dip for chicken tenders.
An Overnight Marinade
For chicken or fish
Pick one of our mustards and thin it with some wine, or maybe orange or apple juice. Coat your chicken and let it soak in overnight in the refrigerator, then cook it for a delightful main course at dinner.
Any of the three flavors works. The full recipe, with times, is on our recipes page.

What does mustard do in a chicken marinade?
It carries the flavor and helps the marinade cling to the chicken instead of running off. With ours you also get a little sweet and a little spice.
Can I use mustard instead of mayo in chicken salad?
Yes, that is one of our own recipes. Make your chicken salad the way you usually do, but use any of our three mustards in place of the mayonnaise.
Which of your mustards is best for dipping chicken tenders?
Original Sweet & Spicy if you want sweet, Hot & Spicy if you want heat. Serve it straight from the jar, the same way we hand out tastings on a pretzel.
