Just in time for all the hamburgers, hot dogs and brats that will adorn thousands of grills this summer, we give you our taste test of 15 mustards. I started out by tasting all 15 straight up, gauging each one's heat on a 0-5 scale and sketching out profiles of flavor and texture. Then other members of our staff tasted several by dipping the St. Louis classic, Gus' pretzels.
