Three mustards from St. Charles
Original Sweet & Spicy is Adora Spencer's recipe from 1935, the one that started it all. It's named for Grandpa, but she really gets the credit.
Hot & Spicy has about the heat of a jalapeño or cayenne pepper. It's great on brats and burgers.
Horseradish is our best seller. It's mild to medium, so it won't wipe out your sinuses.
All three are gluten free, and we have gluten-free tasting options at the table.

From 2012
Patch wrote about Charlie ahead of the 2012 Best of Missouri Market. That story and the rest of our press are on the local news page, and this season's other markets are on our events page.
Come by booth 68 and try all three. Welcome to our mustard family.
